I do a lot of cycling and running training for ironman races so the legs can get very sore, after my training sessions I put my recovery boots on to relax the legs and find the soreness is gone for the next day's training. I sit on the couch with and on and occasionally fall asleep 😀 then wake once it's finished, I would highly recommend getting some recovery boots your legs will thank you for it.

I am super happy with my purchase. I started looking for a set of recovery boots after using a friend's, and I actually found it really difficult to find helpful information on various brand options, and compression strength, etc. I'd seen Endurance recommended in several community athletics groups and used in a local gym.
