The boots have been such a great addition to our recovery! We use them regularly and can feel the benefits. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence! Well worth the investment, easy to use and can be used in the comfort of your own home.
I’ve tried recovery boots in other brands but decided to purchase these in the pants design to include glutes and hips. I’ve very happy with the design and the effectiveness. The pressure is great, much higher compression than other brands. The controller is easy to use. The cords are very difficult to remove once connected, so I have been leaving everything permanently connected.
I’m 162cm tall and 52kg and the smallest size option is a medium but works fine (although very roomy when first worn, the pressure does close in the spare space). At my height, I can't use these pants sitting up due to the pressure on abdominal contents restricting diaphragm movement (ie it's too hard to breathe), but lying fairly flat and keeping the top of the pants fairly fitted before inflation helps reduce the breathing restriction. For size comparison, my husband is 183cm tall and 78 kg and he can almost fit into the medium (tight at the hips for him) but obviously the large would be the ideal size for him. Unfortunately the bonus gift that was supposed to come (along with the purchase) never arrived.

These have been a great addition to the recovery of our daughter after basketball training and games. They easy to use and the different modes work really well.
We have had these recovery boots for a couple of weeks now and they are definitely everything we would hope for in recovery boots! They are that good that everyone in our family wear them before and after exercising. Definitely an investment we recommend to everyone!

My family uses these all the time. We have a high performance rugby union player and a marathon runner who uses them for recovery almost daily. Both the legs and hips are great to use for the athletes and the everyday family members. Great product and service - I would highly recommend.
Absolutely loving the Endurance pro 3.0 pants! I train in running an cycling 6 days a week and use the pants every day. Really helping to keep the lower body feeling fresh particularly after hard sessions. I'm loving programs 2 and 4 for clearing lactate and getting blood flow going. Easy to travel with, solid construction and doing what I was hoping they would, highly recommend!
I am 170cm and bought size m. I train 7 swim sessions and 3 gym sessions a week and I use my boots every night. I love my recovery boots! They are really easy to set up and get started. The compression is really good, I worked my way up to highest compression over a few days. They are so relaxing and my legs feel really good and fresh when I wake up in the morning for early swim training. My mum tried them out after a long flight and my Nana tried them after a long day at work and they both loved them- Nana fell asleep! I look forward to using them when I have my next week-long big swim meet to see if they will help with leg fatigue and pain between morning and afternoon sessions. Once they're packed away into the bag they're easy to carry and don't take up much room and are not too heavy. I hope to buy arm sleeves soon too!
