My son is a competitive swimmer and training is about 10 times a week , he has been using them most days . As they just incorporated running into there training he has been very grateful for them and he says they are really helping him .

These boots are of great quality and have had considerable use since they were given as a Christmas present. The ability to control the pressure but also the ability to adjust at various points over the Legs is a great feature.
