These boots so easy to set up and easy to pick it up and these boots to in recovery after work and run, such a great feeling after work or run to help my legs recovery a lot. I recommend this product.

The older you get the more rest and recovery you need from your chosen sport or exercise every week. Being a cyclist in my 50s my lower body is always sore or aching and you can’t get to a massage therapist on a consistent basis but now I have these recovery boots, not only does it replace a massage every day but it also reduces your recovery time and I can maintain my workload on the bike back to back.
