I’ve had no issues with the Active Air Recovery System for Legs—the product is excellent and very effective for post-run recovery. I would recommend it based on performance alone.
However, I am dissatisfied with the customer service, particularly my interaction with Jen regarding the discount and the free gift. The original sale clearly included a Trigger Point Massage Ball as a free item, and as a running club member, I was also offered an additional percentage discount with any product purchase.
After receiving my order, the massage ball was missing. When I contacted Jen for clarification, she stated that she had replaced the massage ball with the extra discount—even though my purchase order receipt explicitly lists the massage ball as an additional free gift. This is unacceptable. Replacing a promised free item with a discount—without informing the customer—and allowing the receipt to list the gift anyway is misleading and unprofessional.
