Does My Product Have a Warranty?

Absolutely! We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our compression recovery boots. Every set you purchase from Endurance Recovery Boots comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty (1-year home use / 6-month warranty for commercial use) starting from the moment you receive it. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may affect the functionality or performance of your boots, including the control unit, pump, hoses, and compression sleeves.

How to Request Warranty Service?

In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue with your recovery boots, we've made it easy for you to request warranty service. Simply email us at  compressionboots@gmail.com  with your invoice or order confirmation included. In your email, kindly describe the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible (for example, whether it relates to the control unit, air pump, sleeve compression, or power supply).

Our team will promptly review your request and verify your product's warranty eligibility. If the issue is determined to be a result of a manufacturing defect, we've got you covered!

What Does the Warranty Cover?

Our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects that may arise during the warranty period. If your recovery boots are found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will take responsibility for repairing or replacing the product, as our team deems appropriate.

It's important to note that the warranty period remains in effect, regardless of the number of repairs or replacements you receive for the original product. In other words, any replacement unit you receive will be covered by the remaining warranty period of the original item.

What Isn't Covered by the Warranty?

While we strive to provide top-notch products, it's essential to understand that our warranty policy does not cover defects caused by poor maintenance or misuse. This includes, but is not limited to, damage from improper storage, exposure to excessive moisture, overinflation beyond recommended pressure settings, or continued use of damaged sleeves or hoses. We kindly ask that you follow the care instructions provided to ensure the longevity and performance of your recovery boots.

If the defect is determined to be a result of poor maintenance or misuse, it will not be eligible for warranty service. However, we will still be available to assist you in finding a solution and providing any necessary repair services at an additional cost.
