The IceHeat Pro has been amazing in managing calf pain during my Hyrox training. The contrast function with vibration help get blood flowing to the muscle to help speed up recovery time. Highly recommended product.
great device it is really strong if you need it to be i find it quite specific to pain areas for relief as well...saving so much on not needing regular massage sessions with a therapist
