The boots are good, if you are tall go for the large size not the medium.
I would definitely improve the connectivity as it can be tricky to remove it sometimes
I got the combo with the hips compression and price is great comported to other models

The older you get the more rest and recovery you need from your chosen sport or exercise every week. Being a cyclist in my 50s my lower body is always sore or aching and you can’t get to a massage therapist on a consistent basis but now I have these recovery boots, not only does it replace a massage every day but it also reduces your recovery time and I can maintain my workload on the bike back to back. My daughter is also training for triathlons. So between her and myself. One of us is always waiting to use them. It’s a great problem to have.
