I have been training for a 62km hike in Japan, carrying a 14kg backpack through some steep terrain. I am finding the recovery boots a game changer with recovering between long training sessions. I use them at least 5 times a week and the difference has been amazing. I love the 9 different pressure settings and often use the medium settings, with one higher setting per week. The boots are easy to use and I wear them while watching tv or doing something on the computer. They have been an excellent investment in my training routine!
